A monthly newsletter focusing on Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan's commercial and Medicare Plus BlueSM health plans. The Record provides updates on billing and coding information, documentation guidelines, group coverage and products, as well as information on training and webinars.

BCN Provider News
Primary audience: BCN-contracted health care providers, office managers, referral coordinators and billers
Bi-monthly newsletter published six times per year, with occasional BCN alerts for breaking news, focusing on Blue Care Network commercial and BCN AdvantageSM health plans. Topics include provider network changes, billing, referrals and authorizations, prescription drugs, medical policy and BCN products.
