Medicare Advantage Plus BlueSM PPO and Prescription BlueSM PDP members have new options to pay their plan premiums online.
Pay My Premium
If you purchased an individual or family plan, or a BCNA Medicare plan, or are a Delphi member, spouse or dependent over 17, you can pay your monthly premium bill online.
Subscribers can set up recurring payments
If you’re the subscriber — the person whose name is on your Blue Cross ID card — it’s easy to set up recurring monthly payments that automatically pay your bill. Simply log in to your online account, look for Pay My Premium, and follow the instructions.

All members can pay month-to-month online
Any covered member over 17 can make individual payments online. You can pay for medical, dental, vision, and prescription plans. You'll need the following information in order to pay online:
- Your date of birth, Social Security number, or subscriber ID number, also known as enrollee ID number
- Your debit card, credit card or bank account information
- A copy of your bill
Please note, it could take up to three business days for payments to be reflected in your account balances.
